Agents working for the Rop campaign, every day

Ljubljana is talking. We make sure Rop hears all of it.

Every day, AI agents read what the city says: the news and its comment sections, social media, city hall, the opponents and the city's complaints portal. Your team gets what matters, where it's happening and what to say about it.

Claude reads each item like a local would and files it: what it's about, where, how angry, and who it's aimed at. Then it counts, so your team sees patterns instead of noise.

Rudnik: one street, three complaints in one day

Ilovški štradon. Works stopped, finish date reported moved to end of 2027, no street lights, unfinished asphalt.

Suggested moveWalk the street this week. Ask what residents asked: who pays for the delay?
02

Bežigrad parents want safe school routes

5 of Bežigrad's 15 open complaints are about children: school routes, drop-off zones, OŠ Jarca.

Suggested line"Before any new project, a safe route to every vrtec and school."
03

"Your answer didn't answer"

Five residents wrote back in one week because the city's reply missed the point.

Suggested line"Every pobuda gets a real answer, with a name and a date on it."

Poll tracker

Every published poll in one view: pollster, dates, sample size, round 1 and runoff match-ups. Each figure links to where it was published, so nothing unconfirmed reaches Rop.

Question bank

The exact questions residents ask, grouped and counted, such as „Se mora zgoditi nesreča?“ (does there have to be an accident first?). The copywriter answers each once. Volunteers, the supporter assistant and debate prep reuse it.

Debate sparring

An AI that argues like Janković, built only from his public record. Rop practises against his real lines before every debate, with a coach scorecard after each round. Internal only.

Deepfake and push watch

Early warning for fake audio or video of Rop, and for coordinated pushes: same wording, brand-new accounts, same hour. Evidence packs ready for the platforms and the press.

Messaging and content kit

Video scripts, share cards, carousels, newsletter and op-ed drafts, built from what residents actually say. The copywriter finishes every piece.

The edgeWhat nobody else in this race will have

The 40,000 map

What happened

On 12 July the city voted on its new neighbourhood parking rules. 93.95% said no, about 40,000 people. The rules still stand: a "no" only counts if it comes from 20% of all registered voters, and it reached 17.76%.

Why it matters

40,000 people voted against city hall and saw nothing change. They feel ignored and they turn out to vote. They are the easiest votes in the city to win, once Rop knows which streets they live on and what else bothers them there.

You get

Mesec-voter bridge

What happened

Only the top two candidates go through to the runoff on 29 November. Janković is expected to be one of them. Rop and Mesec (Levica) are fighting for the other place.

Why it matters

Rop has to beat Mesec on 15 November, then win many of Mesec's voters two weeks later. If round 1 turns nasty, those voters stay home in the runoff. So we find the issues where they already agree with Rop and build round-1 messages on those.

You get
  • Round-1 messages that keep the bridge open

Door-knock kit

What happened

Residents write to city hall about their own street, in detail and in public. On Ilovški štradon in Rudnik, three of them complained in one day about road works that stopped.

Why it matters

A volunteer who starts with the street's own problem gets a real conversation. Each card gives them that problem in the residents' own words, plus a first line to open with.

You get
  • Cards by street, printed or on the phone
  • Refreshed weekly from the listening data

Unanswered city index

What happened

Residents have sent the city 80,784 complaints through its portal, and the city has answered 80,468. Many answers say "not possible" or "later". Some residents write back: "your answer didn't answer."

Why it matters

Each of those answers is a public, dated record of city hall saying no to a real street. The city wrote it, so nobody can call it made up. It's proof Rop can use in debates and on the street itself.

Supporter assistant

What happened

Meta and Google stopped political ads in the EU in October 2025. Campaigns now reach people through their own WhatsApp and Telegram channels, where supporters ask the same questions many times over.

Why it matters

A clearly labelled AI answers the common questions at once, only from the approved programme, and passes the rest to a volunteer. Supporters get a fast answer, and volunteers keep their time for the people who need a human.
